The first students started at EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf
On November 25th, we welcomed the first students of the Master’s programs “Management of Smart and Sustainable Energy Systems” (MSc) and “Sustainable Energy and Hydrogen Infrastructures” (MSc) at EUREF-Talent-Campus in Düsseldorf.
At the Event the students had the opportunity to get to know the EUREF-Campus and its community. Karin Teichmann, Board Member of EUREF AG, warmly welcomed the talents and emphasized their importance for the success of the energy transition in her address.
Cooperation partners of the EUREF-Talent-Campus, including E.ON, KONE, Schneider Electric, SPIE, and the Wilo Foundation, took the opportunity to meet the students right and introduced themselves with a short elevator pitch. As is tradition at the EUREF-Talent-Campus, welcome bags containing small gifts from the business partners and a tour of the campus were part of the event.
The welcome event also marked the launch of the first Lunch & Learn Masterclass at EUREF-Talent-Campus – a weekly lecture series to which employees of our business partners are warmly invited. Professor Andreas Löschel kicked things off with an inspiring keynote address on the topic of “Energy Systems of the Future.” In the coming weeks, students and professionals can look forward to regular expert presentations from academia and industry.
